I don't believe this Item has ever been installed, (No Markings around Bolt Hole), but I'm calling it "used" because it has scuffs and scratches from prolonged storage and moving from shelf to shelf in the warehouse. It will need prepping before install and paint. There is No Hardware Included. There are no part numbers marked on this part. See Measurement Pix.
