Used. Condition Consistent with Use. You'll need plastic cable ties p/n 92037

Fitment:
Originally came off a 2005 VN1600B (Mean Streak), but will also fit 04-06 VN1600 Mean Streak Models.
These come with a set of what I think are Refined Cycle HR2 Riser Extensions that raise the stock bars up an extra 1.5" and move the bars back toward the rider appx. 1.5"

Item could also be overstock that has just been sitting for a long period of time. It is the buyers responsibility to assure that this part would fit their bike.
